The Freedmen’s Bureau Register of Destitutes (Rations Lists) by Plantation, Moncks Corner Subdistrict, SC, 1867 includes a list of Freedmen issued rations by the Freedmen’s Bureau on White Hall and Goshen plantations4.

White Hall Plantation was flooded in the Santee/Cooper Project and is now submerged under Lake Moultrie. The cemetery at White Hall was relocated to the Somerset Reinterment Site3.
